Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase on SkillWave.

All purchases on SkillWave are final and non-refundable. By completing payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted this Refund Policy in full.

1 No Refund Policy

SkillWave operates a strict no-refund policy on all subscription plan purchases. Once payment is successfully processed and your account is activated, no refund will be issued under any of the following circumstances:

  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • You did not use the platform after purchasing.
  • You found a similar service elsewhere at a lower price.
  • You claim you were unaware of this no-refund policy.
  • Your referral earnings were less than expected.
  • Your account was suspended due to violation of our Terms of Service.

2 When a Refund May Be Considered

A refund will be considered only in the following exceptional situations:

  • Duplicate payment: If you were charged twice for the same plan due to a verified technical error on our end.
  • Platform inaccessibility: If a verified technical failure on SkillWave's side prevents access to any content for more than 7 consecutive days after purchase.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase with supporting evidence (screenshots, transaction ID).

3 Failed Payment & Bank Deduction

If your payment fails but money was deducted from your bank/UPI:

  • Your account will not be activated for a failed payment.
  • The deducted amount is auto-reversed within 5–7 business days by your bank or Razorpay.
  • If not reversed after 7 days, email us with your transaction reference number.

4 Referral Commissions

Referral commissions are non-refundable once withdrawn. If a referred user's payment is reversed due to fraud or chargeback, the corresponding commission will be deducted or recovered from future earnings.

5 Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Telangana, India.
