SkillWave operates a strict no-refund policy on all subscription plan purchases. Once payment is successfully processed and your account is activated, no refund will be issued under any of the following circumstances:
A refund will be considered only in the following exceptional situations:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase with supporting evidence (screenshots, transaction ID).
If your payment fails but money was deducted from your bank/UPI:
Referral commissions are non-refundable once withdrawn. If a referred user's payment is reversed due to fraud or chargeback, the corresponding commission will be deducted or recovered from future earnings.
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Telangana, India.
